When you arrange to send in your iPhone for repair, we’ll send you a box with pre-printed labels to collect your iPhone, and then you can ship it to our local office at your convenience.

G2 Electronic Repairs may offer same-day service on your device. However to offer the best quality repairs some can only be done by appointment.

If the issue with your iPhone was caused by severe damage from an accident or from abuse, you might have to pay the full replacement value.
